Servicing
We are pleased to offer a full manufactures 2 year warranty with our bait boats. Excluding batteries and chargers, subject to a full service 1 year after purchase.
The first year of the warranty will cover collection from UK mainland only and repair free of charge covering any defects arising from the drive unit and the electronic parts of the boat, faulty material or workmanship not covering damage caused by incorrect use accidental damage and any work carried out by any unauthorised persons. Collection from outside of the UK mainland will need to be arranged by the customer.
After the first year the owner has a maximum of 14 days, one year after date that boat was registered to book a full service to extend the warranty into the second year, if not serviced after this time all repairs and carriage would be charged

Please note: Any boat which is received with batteries left in the hull or with batteries packed loose in with the boat will have its warranty null and void. If batteries need to be returned with the boat they must be securely wrapped and packaged in such a way that they can not move during transit to prevent damage to any other component.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Cult Tackle delivers to addresses within the UK. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@culttackle.co.uk and send your item to: Boat House, Berners Hall Farm, Berners Roding, Ongar, Essex, CM5 0TB, United Kingdom.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Boat House, Berners Hall Farm, Berners Roding, Ongar, Essex, CM5 0TB, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and purchasing extra insurance for high value items as we are unable to process your return if it does not reach us.
