The 10ft rod sleeves are lovely and well padded. They are tough and sturdy and very well made. I have deducted one star because they are very snug for a two piece ten foot rod and with rod protectors on top and tail makes it very difficult to get the rod in without applying a bit more pressure than I would like. I suppose you could argue you don't need to rod protectors with these holdalls. I still like my purchase and would buy again.
