2. DELIVERY INFORMATION

The final dates that we are able to send out products for guaranteed UK Mainland delivery, in time for Christmas are:

Standard Delivery: Friday 19th December 2025(10am)

3. EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD

Unwanted or unsuitable items purchased between 1st November 2025 and 24th December 2025, can be returned until 31st January 2026. Please ensure that all returns within this extended period adhere to our returns policy.

Standard Delivery - £5

1. Receive within 2-3 working days (excludes bank holidays).
2. Tracked courier shipments.
3. FREE delivery on all orders over £30*
4. Mainland UK only (excludes Highlands and Islands).

*Products over 1m incur a £4 oversized surcharge to UK mainland customers.

Next Day Delivery - £7.50

1. Next day delivery will be made if placed before 10am (Monday - Thursday).
2. Orders placed after 10am or between Thursday - Sunday, will be shipped the next working day.
3. No orders will be delivered on Bank Holidays.
4. Mainland UK only (excludes Highlands and Islands).

All orders placed over a weekend or a bank holiday will be processed and sent on the next available working day.

This includes all UK bank holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@culttackle.co.uk and send your item(s) to:

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Cult Tackle, Fishing Lake Yard, Chelmsford Road, Dunmow, CM6 1RF, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and purchasing extra insurance for high value items as we are unable to process your return if it does not reach us.
